Recruitment Consultant
Got ambition? Like the idea of matching someone with a school that’s perfect for them? Becoming a recruitment consultant for the education sector means no two days will be the same. You’ll make a name for yourself by managing your own work, chatting to candidates and schools, and placing candidates into roles you’ve picked out for them especially.
Resourcing
Recruitment Resourcers deal solely with candidates, working closely with Recruitment Consultants to source talent for the roles they have available. You’ll be the first point of contact for those looking to start work at a school, meaning you’ll be chatting to candidates on the phone, conducting interviews, and using your skills to find the right person for the job.
Compliance
To ensure schools are receiving only the very best and most suitable staff, our compliance team perform important checks on every candidate. As part of our compliance team, you’ll be liaising with our candidates directly to make sure they’re suited for the role. If you’re passionate about safeguarding and have an eye for detail, this could be the perfect team for you.
